The most important thing about Muttart Conservatory is that it remains a place where everyone can enjoy their visit and the unique opportunity to safely enjoy the amazing plant life that grows here throughout the year.
Parking
The Muttart Conservatory has a large, free, parking lot that can accommodate vehicles of virtually any size.
Pets
To ensure the health and safety of the plants that live inside the Muttart Conservatory, pets are not permitted.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the buildings or washrooms within the Muttart Conservatory. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas; please consider others while smoking outdoors.
Skateboards and Rollerblades
For safety reasons, the Muttart Conservatory does not permit roller blades, roller shoes (with rollers extended) or skateboards.
First Aid
If you are in need of first aid treatment, please approach a staff member. They will assist you in accessing proper treatment according to your needs.
Lost and Found
Any found items should be turned in to a staff member. They will ensure the items are moved to the front entrance. If you have lost an item, please see front entrance cashier staff for assistance.
Photography
Preserve your special moments. Have your momentous occasion photgraphed at the Muttart. Guidelines:
- 45 or 90-minute time slots (subject to availability)
- Maximum group size 25 people
- Access to all four pyramids (non-exclusive)
- Pre-booking required
- Rates for 90 minutes are $465 during public hours, after hours $465. For 45 minutes the rate is $275 during public hours.
- Client responsible for photographer booking and costs
- Payments due - 50% at the time of the booking, balance due the 1st day of the previous month
Plant Identification
Please note that we are unable to reply to general requests to identify plants outside the Muttart Conservatory.
